This class is for those who have developed basic wheel throwing skills, such as centering clay and making cylinders and bowls. Over six weeks, you’ll explore advanced techniques, including both wheel throwing and handbuilding, as well as manipulation of leather-hard pots.
The class includes one bag of clay, materials, and firing. We encourage you to take advantage of open studio time to work on your projects. While we’ll cover essential techniques, the final direction of each project will depend on your individual goals and involvement.
