In this fun and hands-on class, you'll learn the art of shaping and decorating mini ceramic masterpieces that double as functional works of art. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned potter, you'll explore techniques like stamping, carving, and underglazing to create unique, one of a kind magnets.

From quirky designs to elegant patterns, the possibilities are endless! Once fired, your magnets will be fitted with strong magnetic backings, ready to brighten up any space. Come get your hands dirty, spark your imagination, and take home a collection of custom made ceramic magnets that are as fun to make as they are to display!

No experience? No problem! All materials are provided just bring your creativity and enthusiasm!

The following techniques and materials will be available to students of this workshop:

-A pre-rolled slab of clay

-A variety of surface decoration tools, including cookie cutters, stamps, carving tools, and underglazes 

- 6-8 handmade ceramic magnets
