Learn to glaze correctly with commercially available glazes to get the results you want. There is no reason to stress when choosing the type of glaze for your project. Are you ready to get the results you long for? This workshop will clarify all that!

WHAT TO BRING to the workshop

**Cone 5-6 Clay bisqued prior to the workshop (must be purchased at Jane’s)

**Make 10-15 small (½-1 lb) premade and bisqued (fired once) test tiles

(Test tiles can be tiny bowls, vases, cylinders, cups, test tiles, etc.

**Make 3-5 bigger pieces (maximum size- 10” in either direction)

For best results, your pieces should include a variety of shapes and surfaces:

-vertical and horizontal shapes

-deep texture and light texture (example: carvings, stamps and slip)

-underglaze drawings or color

**Important: Bisque firing your pieces. They need to be DRY, and in the kiln room, one (1) week prior to the first workshop day. Two (2) weeks prior, if they are wet and not ready to fire.
