This class is designed for individuals who have completed the “Beginning Wheel” course at Jane’s at least twice or have equivalent experience. Over six weeks, we will introduce multiple projects that explore various intermediate building techniques using the wheel, alongside some handbuilding and manipulation of leather-hard thrown pots. Students will also have opportunities for independent study with more experienced participants.

The class includes one bag of clay, open studio access, and use of studio tools. While we’ll cover essential techniques, the completion and direction of each project will depend on your individual goals and involvement.
